resilienceThere’s no escaping stress! We all struggle with life’s challenges around work, relationships, finance, conflict and loss. But how can we cope in spite of setbacks? How can we protect ourselves from stressful events taking a toll on our mental or physical wellbeing?

Emotional resilience doesn’t always come naturally to everyone. But fortunately there is a whole toolbox of techniques that can be learned so that we can build up energy, adaptability and confidence to help us cope with whatever life throws at us.

When the going gets tough, we need to find a new way of looking at things, or perhaps some strategies to navigate a difficult situation.

This interactive day is a journey of discovery to explore how you can access the source of your own power in order to gain increased confidence and a real sense of control over your life.
